You can return the products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable, unless there has been a packing error.
We are trying our best to make the return progress as efficiently as possible. It is very easy to initiate a return via call, email or online message. There is no automatic order processing system till now, accordingly, the entire progress will take almost 5 minutes. Once we have got your requirement of return, we will email you a free return label, and then print the label, stick it on the package and send it back to us.
Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will be processed when the product is received by our warehouse.
Exchanges & Replacement
Sometimes, because of the incaution or carelessness, customers may order the wrong product or no longer need a particular ink or toner cartridge, an exchange might be eligible for them. As long as it’s unopened and in normal and salable condition, it is welcome to replace it for the correct one, or you can also apply for a refund. Replacement orders are expedited so you’re back up and running the next day. Refunds are issued the same day the return is initiated.
DOA (Items Defective on Arrival)
Customers should contact our customer support within 2 days of receipt of goods for situation DOA .- The outer packing is broken or out of shape
- Immediately file a case upon the broken package to the courier company and get a confirmation in a form of a paper proof with a stamp on it.
- Email us with pictures attached to the received items/package and detailed information to describe the issue, along with the aforementioned paper proof and case number with which we can quickly confirm the case.
- After verifying all the required information, we will either provide a replacement or a full refund, depending upon your requirement.-The outer packing is in a good shape while the item is not working.
Items Missing on Arrival
Email us with pictures attached to the received items/package and detailed information to describe the issue. If the main item is missing, please file a case upon the missing item to the courier company and get a confirmation in a form of a paper proof with a stamp on it.
Most importantly, if you have the taxation fee receipt, don't hesitate to take a picture for us as the weight can tell something about the missing. Items Wrong on Arrival. After verifying all the required information, we will send you the missing item of the package.
Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages
Please kindly note that any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening.
Any incomplete orders lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
Do You Provide a Return Label??
If our returns department needs an item back for any reason other than a refund, a prepaid return label will be provided. Customers requesting a refund are responsible for any return shipping costs. Contact our customer service department for more information.
