Shipping & Delivery

Overview: Please be aware that the Shipping & Delivery Declaration provided here is for reference purposes only. Actual shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated based on real circumstances. Specific shipping times are calculated in business days, and delays may occur due to force majeure events, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, and factors beyond our control. Please note that the estimated shipping times are general guidelines and may not apply to certain remote areas.

Shipping Policy: In the contiguous United States, all orders qualify for free shipping. Shipping rates for non-contiguous U.S. regions and Canada are determined by weight. Please note that Canadian orders may experience longer delivery times due to Customs inspections at the border.

Shipping Times:

• Our warehouse in Moronvia, CA, operates Monday through Friday for shipping.
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time typically ship on the same day.
• Any orders placed after 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the following day.
• Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship on the following Monday.
• For deliveries to the East Coast, please allow three to five business days for arrival.
• For the West Coast, you can expect delivery in 1-3 business days.

We regularly upload our order information into our internal processing system throughout the day. You will receive an order number in one email, followed by another email containing a tracking number a few hours after your item leaves our facility.

Tracking information emails are sent from our internal system Monday through Friday evenings.

Shipping times are calculated from the moment your package departs from our warehouse. These times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

U.S. Non-contiguous Orders: If you are located outside the free shipping area, we welcome your order. Orders shipping to non-contiguous U.S. territories will be sent via the Postal Service. This includes regions such as Alaska, American Samoa, APO, Federated States of Micronesia, FPO, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands.

Canadian Orders: We are pleased to provide shipping services for orders destined for Canada. Please be aware that these orders will undergo customs examination and are subject to specific regulations enforced by customs authorities. This may result in delivery times exceeding 5 days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Most orders shipped to Canada are expected to reach their destination within 8 business days. Lighter orders typically arrive within 5-6 days, while heavier orders may take a bit longer.
